Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts should be submitted by email as a single attachment, formatted as the template, to the following email: revista.economica@ulbsibiu.ro
All manuscripts must be prepared according to the following guidelines:
Microsoft Word format, A4 paper format; single column documents; with page margins set up at: top – 1.5 cm, bottom – 1.5 cm, left – 2 cm, right – 1.5 cm; single interline spacing; using Times New Roman, 12 pt., justify, paragraph first line indent: 1.27 cm.
The paper should include:
- Author (s) name and affiliation, email addresses, ORCID, corresponding author.
- An abstract of approximately 200-250 words, clearly stating the significance of the paper. The abstract must not include mathematical expressions or bibliographic references.
References should be listed at the end of the paper, referred to by bullets, using the APA system of referencing, as follows:
Basic Format for a Book:
- Authors’ Last name, First Initial. (Year). Book title: Subtitle. (Edition) [if other than the 1st]. Publisher.
Basic Format for an Online Article:
- Author’s Last Name, First Initial. (Year). Article title. Magazine/Journal/Newspaper Title, Volume number (Issue number), Page numbers. DOI or URL of publication home page
In the text, where the author’s name appears, the year of the publication should also be mentioned within parentheses, e. g., (Alexa, 2005).
Papers should not be longer than 16 pages, including all references, tables, figures etc.
Authors must provide high quality artwork for all illustrations. Poor definition reproductions are not suitable. Tables and figures should be numbered separately. Each table and figure should have a title.
Payment Policy
The REVISTA ECONOMICA charges a 50 euro (250 lei) publication fee for all published articles. Only one publication fee is necessary for each single paper submitted (even if there are multiple authors). After publication, authors, will receive a hard copy of the journal.
